I have ordered an item that is not due to come in until after the closure date, what will happen to my order?
What will happen to my warranty after the store closes?
Any product purchased from any Living Room store that is still within its warranty period is still valid and subject to all terms of your warranty. Any warranty claims can be made by contacting operations@thelivingroomtas.com.au
Is the Launceston store going to be converting to Freedom too?
No, this only effects the Hobart store. The Launceston store will actually be expanding and will continue to service the whole state through the largest quality furniture retail spaces in Tasmania and soon-to-be-released website with all our exclusive collections displayed.
Can I purchase through your website?
Our website will be reconstructed with all of our items. As you can imagine, this is quite an undertaking – but in the coming months we will be launching a new website with our full range, measurements, colours, options etc, and all items will be able to be purchased and delivered to any customer right across Tasmania.
